The pillow covers are a durable finely woven washable polyester canvas  with the image on one side and solid black on the backside, finished with a black zipper and black piping all around.  The pillow insert is filled with polyester cluster fiber from edge to edge.  The result is a beautifully soft but resilient pillow that will last for many years to come.
